My grandfather was severely gassed and shot in the second battle of Ypres in the First World War. He suffered from shell shock all his life as well as periodic pneumonia and pleurisy from the state of his one remaining lung. I knew of my grandfather's troubles from an early age. However, when I began to suffer from PTSD from the accumulation of factors that included the deaths of both my parents and a long standing, work-related abuse situation I didn't immediately recognize A) that I had a problem that I couldn't control and B) that this was similar to what my grandfather had suffered with all of his life after his young life as a soldier. Thankfully, when I was denied any form of long-term disability by my employers and the insurance company that carried a policy for long term disability, Share Lawyers came to my rescue. They were able to obtain a very satisfactory settlement for me that provided me with the income I needed until I was able to retire on a full pension. Thank you Share Lawyers for your great work!
