Disability Claims
You may feel like you can't afford a long term disability lawyer, but you can. You can talk to us for free, there are no upfront costs, and there are no fees unless you win. Everything is results-driven and we only get paid when you get paid. Our fees are calculated as a percentage of the total amounts recovered. The percentage that is applicable to each client’s case is discussed fully before we start and is set out in writing in our standard retainer agreement that meets the Law Society rules.

Professionals, Executives, & Self-employed
We offer services including assistance with applications, monthly claim handing, legal opinions, litigated claims, and lump sum buy-outs. We offer our services on a contingency-fee basis, an hourly rate basis, or in some cases we may consider a flat fee, or a combination. Contact us to discuss the rates and fee arrangement that is most suitable for you.
Employment Claims
We offer our services on a contingency-fee basis, an hourly rate basis, or in some cases a combination. We invite you to discuss the fee arrangement that is most suitable for you. Certain exceptions apply and in cases where we are not able to offer a contingency-fee retainer, we will discuss the other options with you.
Insurance Claims
We offer our services on either an hourly rate basis, a contingency-fee basis or in some cases a combination. We invite you to discuss with our insurance lawyers what sort of fee arrangement is most suitable for you.
