1. Combine cracker crumbs and
melted margarine.
2. Press into a 13” x 9” x 2” pan to
form crust.
3. Bake for 4 minutes at 350 degrees.
4. Beat eggs, sugar, vanilla and 2
sticks of margarine for no less than 15
minutes.
5. Spread this mixture over crust.
6. Slice bananas over this.
7. Spread pineapple over bananas.
8. Add whipped topping over
pineapple.
9. Sprinkle nuts and cherries over
top.
10. Chill overnight.
Optional: Drizzle chocolate syrup
on top of cake before chilling.
Tip: The longer this is refrigerated
the better the flavour.
BANANA SPLIT CAKE
Time it Takes:
Preparation: 30 Minutes
Cooking Time: 4 Minutes
Ingredients:
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 stick of margarine (room
temperature)
- 2 cups confectioners sugar
- 2 eggs (room temperature)
- 1 ½  teaspoons vanilla
- 3-4 bananas
- 20 oz. can crushed pineapples well
drained
- 8 oz. frozen dairy whipper topping
or 1 container Rich’s Whip beaten
- ½ cup chipped pecans
- ½ cup chopped maraschino
