Is It Allright If I Make A Recording Of My Defence Medical?

Is it allright if I make a recording of my defence medical?
Defence Medical - Question 2
Most doctors asked to conduct an assessment on behalf of an insurance company would object to the assessment being recorded. Still, a recent case has made recording a medical assessment permissible in certain circumstances while the lawsuit is underway. The right is not automatic and may not be available in every case. To find out if this could apply in your case, ask your lawyer about the conditions that would give rise to such a right.
