Ask A Disability Lawyer

What is the appropriate dress code and etiquette when attending mediation?

Mediation - Question 2
The way you dress at mediation is important. Choose garments of high quality that allow you to be comfortable and look your best. Mediation is not a funeral and it’s not a party. It’s a business meeting, so dress accordingly. The most important thing is to carry yourself with dignity and confidence and allow your legal team to do their work.
