MedsCheck

Talk to your pharmacist about the MedsCheck at Home program. This program is for patients taking three or more chronic prescription medications who cannot make it to a pharmacy. This helps those who are sick, frail, elderly or living in isolated conditions. A pharmacist will visit your home to talk to you about your medications and answer your questions. The pharmacist can also help clean up your medicine cabinet and remove unused or old medication. For more information visit the website.

OHIP+

Starting January 1, 2018, more than 4,400 drug products are free for anyone age 24 years or younger. You don’t need to enroll – all you need is a health card number and an eligible prescription. For more information visit the OHIP+ website.
