Contingency fees mean that payment of legal fees is contingent or dependent upon success–recovery of compensation or benefits. In many cases, the insurance company will contribute toward part of your legal costs, helping to cover the total legal fees your case incurs. We really do not charge any fees unless we recover money from the parties pursued in the claim.
