Steven Muller has been practicing since 1997 and joined our team working with David Share on personal injury, disability insurance and motor vehicle litigation at that time. In 2001 he completed his Masters of Law in Civil Litigation. Steven has proven his skills as an excellent trial lawyer. His role on the team is in conducting examinations for discovery and settlement negotiations, mediations, arbitrations and trials. He has shown himself to be a worthy advocate in confronting the aggressive tactics of most defence lawyers. | Shira Bernholtz has been practicing law since 1982 and joined our team in 1988. Shira has extensive experience in many areas of the law, however, since 2000 she has been part of our personal injury and disability insurance, and motor vehicle litigation team. Shira is our "Client Services Lawyer" which shows our commitment to providing top-quality service to our clients. She is available to handle client inquiries and to ensure that all client questions and concerns are receiving responses as quickly as possible. In addition, she consults with David Share in order to provide the most up-to-date information and reports back on the progress and concerns of clients. She also assists our legal team in preparing settlement proposals and documents for submission to courts and tribunals, for mediations, arbitrations and trials. |
Leanne Goldstein |

Leanne Goldstein has been practicing in Ontario since 2002, and joined David Share Associates in 2004. Leanne completed her law degree in South Africa in 1996. Leanne has extensive experience in personal injury, disability insurance and motor vehicle litigation. Her role on the team is in conducting examinations for discovery and participating in settlement negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and trials. She also helps prepare for mediations and trials by using her extensive experience in legal research and legal writing. Leanne is a valuable member of our litigation team and has shown her commitment to providing strong advocacy as well as compassion and understanding of the daily difficulties faced by disabled and injured clients. |

Janice E. Grevler

Janice Grevler has been practicing law in Ontario since 2002. Janice joined David Share Associates in 2008, after having practised personal injury litigation in a full-service law firm since her call to the Bar. Janice received her BA (Psychology) with distinction from the University of Western Ontario. She graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School. Janice has significant experience representing Plaintiffs in personal injury litigation, including male and female survivors of childhood psychological, physical and sexual abuse. She has written extensively on a variety of personal injury-related topics. Janice's role on the team encompasses conducting examinations for discovery, participating in settlement negotiations, mediations, arbitrations and trials. She also utilizes her strengths in legal research and writing to prepare for mediations and trials. Janice is committed to vigorously advancing our clients' rights, with compassion and dedication. |
