Deborah Culbert "During the following months Shira Bernholtz kept me informed, requested information and answered questions. Christine Chang gently kept me from falling into forgetfulness or procrastination. A week before the mediation I met with Steven Muller. I was freaking out by this point. Meeting not rushed, comfortable, left feeling that we would win the day.
Once Steven made his presentation at the mediation, in which he spoke for fifteen minutes, the negotiations began. I was dazed and he clearly explained the details. By early afternoon we had reached a settlement that was way beyond what I had dared to hope for.

Overall the staff could not have been more helpful and responsive. Caring in a professional manner, it felt as though I might be the only client - and, very thankfully, never spoke to an answering machine. The results were better than I imagined, and in a shorter time!!
I am trying to convince friends and family that they should sue someone; thankfully they realize I am a bit nutty at this point and are not taking my advice, but when and if the time comes, I will not have forgotten your wonderful work. Thanks again."
