"During the following months Shira Bernholtz kept me informed, requested information and answered questions.  Christine Chang gently kept me from falling into forgetfulness or procrastination.

Overall the staff could not have been more helpful and responsive.  Caring in a professional manner, it felt as though I might be the only client - and, very thankfully, never spoke to an answering machine.  The results were better than I imagined, and in a shorter time!!

I am trying to convince friends and family that they should sue someone; thankfully they realize I am a bit nutty at this point and are not taking my advice, but when and if the time comes, I will not have forgotten your wonderful work.  Thanks again."
