We are frequently consulted by people who have been involved in accidents outside of Ontario or New York. Many of our cases involve multi-jurisdictional questions, such as, an accident occuring in New York state involving residents from Ontario or neighbouring U.S. states or Canadian Provinces. Where more than one jurisdiction is involved the issues can become complicated and because David Share is licensed to practice in both New York and Ontario, we have experience in sorting out these difficult issues in the best interests of our clients.
