David Share
President
David Share is co-founder of Share Lawyers. His practice is devoted to disability insurance, personal injury and motor vehicle accident litigation. David represents injured and disabled people with compassion and sensitivity.
David has been practicing law since 1985. He is a member of both the Ontario and the New York Bars. David is very well respected within the legal community; he has spoken at many conferences, been interviewed in the media and is often called upon by his colleagues within the legal profession for his experience and knowledge in his practice areas. David is an Adjunct Professor at Osgoode Hall Law School as well as an active member of many associations including the Law Society of Upper Canada, The Advocates' Society, The Ontario Trial Lawyers Association and the American Association of Justice.
David has extensive experience in settlement negotiation, as well as in mediations, arbitrations and trials. He oversees every step in the progress of each of the firm’s cases. Clients can rest assured that David's experience is at work for them. |

Steven Muller
Vice-President Litigation
Steven Muller has been practicing law since 1997. Since then, he has worked with David Share on personal injury, disability insurance and motor vehicle litigation. In 2001, Steven completed his Master of Laws in Civil Litigation. At Share Lawyers, Steven’s role includes conducting examinations for discovery, settlement negotiations, mediations, arbitrations and trials. He has shown himself to be a worthy advocate in confronting the aggressive tactics of defence lawyers. Steven is involved in all aspects of our clients’ cases, working closely with David Share in putting together strategies that ensure the best possible results for the firm’s clients.

Shira Bernholtz
Client Service Manager
Shira Bernholtz has been practicing law since 1982 and joined our team in 1988. Shira has extensive experience in many areas of the law, however, since 2000 she has worked with our team in the areas of personal injury, disability insurance and motor vehicle litigation. Shira is our "Client Services Lawyer" which shows our commitment to providing top-quality client service to our clients. She is available to handle client enquiries and to ensure that all client questions and concerns are responded to as quickly as possible. In addition, she consults with the firm’s other lawyers in order to provide the most up-to-date information, reporting back on the progress and concerns of clients. Shira also assists our legal team in preparing documents for submission to mediation, courts and tribunals.

Leanne Goldstein
Associate Lawyer
Leanne Goldstein has been practicing law in Ontario since 2002. She joined Share Lawyers in 2004. Leanne completed her law degree in South Africa in 1996. Leanne has extensive experience in personal injury, disability insurance and motor vehicle litigation. Her role on the team includes meeting with prospective clients, as well as conducting examinations for discovery, settlement negotiations, mediations, arbitrations and trials. Leanne applies her extensive experience in legal research and legal writing to our cases. Leanne is a valuable member of our litigation team; she has shown her commitment to providing strong advocacy on behalf of our disabled and injured clients, with compassion and understanding. |

Kirk Sloane
Associate Lawyer
Kirk Sloane has been practicing law since 1988. Before joining Share Lawyers in 2008, Kirk worked in both private practice and as in-house counsel where he developed extensive knowledge of insurance law. Kirk has vast experience in addressing disability and life insurance claims. He has successfully represented clients both at trial and on appeal in both Ontario and British Columbia and at hundreds of mediations. Kirk has also been a regular speaker at conferences and workshops dealing with mediation and various insurance-related issues. At Share Lawyers, Kirk is involved in all phases of the practice; he is committed to ensuring that the full weight of his experience is utilized to achieving the best possible result for clients. |

Janice E. Grevler
Associate Lawyer
Janice Grevler has been practicing law in Ontario since 2002. Janice joined Share Lawyers in 2008, after having practiced personal injury litigation in a full-service law firm since her call to the Bar. Janice received her BA (Psychology) with distinction from the University of Western Ontario. She graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School. Janice has significant experience representing Plaintiffs in disability and personal injury litigation. She has written extensively on a variety of related topics. Janice utilizes her strengths in written advocacy on behalf of our clients. Her role on the team also encompasses consulting with prospective clients, conducting examinations for discovery and settlement negotiations, as well as representing clients in mediation, tribunals and court. She is committed to vigorously advancing our clients' rights, with compassion and dedication. |

Courtney Mulqueen
Associate Lawyer
Courtney Mulqueen has been practicing law since 2002. Courtney completed her law degree at Queen’s University in 2000. Prior to joining Share Lawyers, she gained extensive experience in disability insurance litigation, acting as in-house counsel at various insurance companies. On the Share Lawyers team, Courtney’s role includes conducting examinations for discovery and mediations. Her compassion for our clients, combined with her strong advocacy skills and knowledge of insurance, ensure that clients are well-represented. |

Charlena Claxton
Associate Lawyer
Charlena Claxton has been practicing law in Ontario since 2005. Charlena joined Share Lawyers in 2011, after having practiced personal injury litigation for both defendants and plaintiffs. Charlena received her Bachelor of Arts from McGill University and subsequently obtained her law degree from Dalhousie University. Charlena has experience representing clients at both the Provincial and Superior Court levels. Charlena’s role on the team encompasses conducting examinations for discovery, participating in settlement negotiations, mediations, arbitrations and trials. Charlena is dedicated to vigorously representing clients and helping them navigate their legal options. |
